He graduated from South Dakota State University with a focus on Healthcare Administration and now resides in North Carolina with his significant other, Tammy, and their golden retriever. Outside of work, Duane enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, gardening and being outdoors.

Seth Fraser joined Duane first in 2020 after graduating from the University of SD with a degree in Medical Biology. Seth’s focus is on assisting Medicare beneficiaries find the plan that best fits their individual needs and delivering consistent service to customers with any questions they have with regarding their health plan. Seth lives in South Dakota with his wife Hannah and son Liam. In his free time, Seth likes to spend time with family and friends, golf, and cheer on the Chicago Bears.
